Personalized solutions for better health

Pulmonary
We review each patient’s full medical history with a focus on pulmonary health. Pulmonary Function Testing is done seasonally and during sick visits as needed. We provide clear education on diagnoses and treatments, along with hands-on training to ensure proper use of inhaled medications and optimal results.

Sleep Medicine
We review each patient’s medical and social history related to sleep, recognizing that sleep issues are often multifactorial. Our evaluation covers sleep habits, environment, diet, medications, and screening for conditions like sleep apnea. Dr. Gill emphasizes lifestyle changes and sleep hygiene, using medications only as a last resort.

FAQs
Frequently asked questions for quick answers
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, and debit cards.
Do you accept insurance?
We are currently an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance at this time. We are actively working to become in-network with Cigna, Aetna, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, and UnitedHealthcare in the near future. Please note that in-network coverage will apply only to pulmonary services once available. Sleep medicine services will remain out-of-network.
Can I get reimbursed by my insurance?
Many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits. If your plan includes this, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement after submitting your superbill.
What is a superbill?
A superbill is a detailed receipt that includes the information your insurance company may require to process out-of-network reimbursement, such as service codes, diagnosis codes, and provider details.
How do I submit a superbill?
After your appointment, we’ll provide you with a superbill. You can submit it to your insurance company through their online portal or by mail. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly for specific instructions.
How much will I be reimbursed?
Reimbursement rates vary depending on your insurance plan. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider to understand your out-of-network benefits, including deductible and reimbursement percentage.
What should I ask my insurance company?
Many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits. You may want to ask: • Do I have out-of-network benefits? • What percentage of the fee is reimbursed? • Is there a deductible I need to meet? • Are there any limits on the number of visits? • Are Pulmonary Function Tests (PFT) covered?
Will you help submit my reimbursement claim?
Although we try to be as supportive through these logisctics as we can be, we don't actively submit any claims to insurance companies. Once we provide the detailed invoice or superbill, it'll be up to you to manage the reimbursement process.
